CEL problem, and other problems after swap.
Car: 1993 CX, Motor: jdm b16a II pr3 obd-1 ecu
I finished everything with my swap, start it up, and take it for a spin. When i first hit the throttle, it kinda hestitates/bogs, the goes. Then at about 3k rpms it hits a fuel cut off/ redline. My CEL light in the dash is on which leads to the second problem. I found the connector that needs to be jumped, to get the CEL to flash, i jumped it, but the CEL dont flash, so therefore i have no clue what code its throwing.
Anyone have any ideas why my car bogs, and hits a fuel cutoff? And why my CEL wont flash after i jump the connector?

sounds like a faulty ecu if you tried the jumper and the car does not display a cel. if the car does not rev past 3k you might have to change the ecu. sounds liek a ecu problem. just my opinion. also is your ecu reprogramed?
