CEL and an EMS
I have a H22 swap and do not have the EGR installed and sometimes get a CEL from it. If I go to a AEM EMS or Hondata will that CEl that comeone on from time to time affect the tune anymore the it does now?

With Hondata I'm sure you can disable it completely. With EMS your MIL is no longer even in use, and (unless you program it to do so) it won't even look for EGR.
