Default cel 22 what causes it?

i know i had low oil so i figured thats what caused the cell, so filling the oil and clearing the codes will fix the stuttering at vtec crossover point righ? assuming that low oil was the problem?

Either there is not a complete circuit to the VTEC oil pressure switch, or it's a defective switch.

Check continuity between VTEC pressure switch and D6 (if it's OBD1), and also make sure it's grounded (which goes to the thermostat ground).
