CEL 22 - VTEC pressure valve? need help!

CEL 22 - VTEC pressure valve? need help!
FIXED PROBLEM
I got this CEL and dont know what it means. Ive been told it means low oil or bad vtec solenoid.. can somebody help me out?? I just barely swapped this motor in, bought it from PASSWORDJDM so I'm hoping its not a bad vtec solenoid.
specs:
99 EK
95 JDM GSR swap*stock
P30 ecu*I know I need a p72 but this is all i got for now
OBD2B to OBD1 conversion harness

Vtec solenoid's are not expensive, and there easy to replace. That's probably your problem, unless your wiring has a short in it somewhere in between your ecu and the vtec switch.
