Default CEL 22 & 43...HELP!!

those are the 2 codes my ECU is throwing out...
22 - VTEC Oil Pressure Switch defective circuit or unplugged / defective oil pressure switch
43 - Fuel Supply System defective or malfunctioning fuel supply system
ok, for the CEL 22, im gonna change my oil and see if that's the problem, but my oil level seems fine, could it be the the VTEC solenoid?...does it need to be cleaned?
for the CEL 43, im not too sure how to remedy this problem...could it be my fuel filter?..gas cap not tight enough?...help me out guys!!

im resetting my ECU as we speak and seeing if it's gonna throw the same codes again..

if anyone could drop some honda-tech knowledge..it would be greatly appreciated!

It is your O2 sensor going bad! When the cel comes on while driving, if you shut your car off, will it reset your computer to get rid of the cel? or does it stay on?
