ok so far
**i've switch map sensors... still code
**checked for volts..
what i will try and do tomorrow
*check for vacuum leaks
*switch map sensors again
**try using a gsr throttle body

key on volts is just under 4 on terminal 1 and 3
engine on is just under 5 volts
but with terminal 1 and 2 i think something is wrong i am getting low voltage maybe under 1 even with engine on what could this mean?

Take the black lead of your meter and touch it to ground. Use the red lead to probe each of the 3 wires that lead to the MAP sensor. One should measure +5v (this is the reference), another should measure 0v (this is the ground) and the third is the output, usually the middle of the three, should measure ~2.85v withOUT the engine running and about ~.95v with the engine running (assuming ~19-21" vacuum).

It means that something isn't right. Looks like your MAP sensor is busted, however, with 0v on the middle wire, you may also have a short in your wiring.
Disconnect the MAP sensor as well as the connector at the ECU. Put your meter on an 'ohm' scale. Keeping the black lead touched to ground, probe each wire (well mainly the middle wire) with the red lead to see if they are shorted to ground.
If the meter reads 'infinite', or rather it probably won't show any reading, then your wiring is more than likely alright and your MAP is busted, however, since one wire IS ground, you should have a dead short on this wire, or 0 ohms.
Quickly re-reading your first post, you already said you tried another MAP with the same results....have you tried modifying any of the wiring that has to do with the MAP sensor.....perhaps a VAFC install of some sort?
