Default Caster adjustment w/JimFab bars

My lower control arms don't seem to be interested in moving forward (to add more caster). How do I make the adjustment to add caster?

Thanks
Ben

Civics don't have the adjustment from the factory. These are traction bars that also have adjustable caster. Car is a 92-95 Civic.
