Car wont start, it wont do anything.
When I turn the key in the ignition in my 90 civic hb it wont do anything. It wont crank its like its dead. The battery is fine and I just replaced the starter and it still wont work. When I try to start it, it doesn't make any noise and nothing moves at all. The only way I can start it is to connect the two bolts that are on the starter with a screwdriver. I'm begining to think its the ignition. What do you guys think?

Do the lights turn on in the dash when you turn the key
is the signal line for the starter plugged in
