I tried searching but didnt find much info. When I turn the key to start my car it wont turn at all. Battery is fine and I just put a new starter in so I am thinking it is the ignition switch? The weird thing is that after I put the new starter in my car started up fine all day yesterday but today I am having problems. Any thoughts?

Its gotta be related to the starter not getting a signal. I would hear the starter sol. clicking, but i am not. Anyone familiar with the ignition parts?

you turn the key to on - do all your check lights etc light up?

you turn to ignition and the starter doesn't click nor spin?

something like that?

 

Yea all my lights come up when I turn the key, but when I turn it to start nothing happens. There is a single click and then silence. No sound of the starter turning.
