I just installed my turbo timer and boost controller, and now my car wont start. I went through the helms manual and it said to check the fuses which i did and all are fine. I also started the car with the turbo timer in and it was fine. I pulled 2 plugs and checked to see if there is spark, and for some reason the spark is jumping from the elecrode to itself. It isnt jumping to the ground strap. I checked all the voltage to everything and it let off by saying new ICM. (By the way how does that thing come out. there is two screws on the outside of the dizzy right by them. Is that it?)

What could the problem be>?
