Start Up: Recommendations for initial start up?

Start Up: Recommendations for initial start up?
This is my first turbo project. I plan to fire up the car tomorrow. Any sugguestions for starting the car? Should I run a colder heat range spark plug?

1 step colder spark plugs bkr73 part number 6097.
double check all the clamps and bolts.
prime it so the turbo doesnt start up dry
