Car wont start after "Burnout". Shut off when clutch was released
My friend was driving tonight and decided to do a burnout, for whatever reason. Well, his car just shut off when he dumped the clutch and it wouldnt start after. The motor cranks but nothing happens. Dosent make any weird noises, no knocking, just normal cranking noise, but no start. The car is a 94 Si Hatch, stock motor, with 120+k miles. We checked the timing belt and it was ok. The motor burns a little bit of oil. There was some smoke coming out of the dipstick hole. His car is on the side of the road right now were gonna get it to my house tomorrow some time.
Any suggestions on what we should check?

Ignitor. Happens all the time. Either get a new distributor, or get a new ignitor for inside of it. They sell them at autozone.

Re: (OMG B16)
you can use a volt meter to test the ignitor, coilpack, and each plug, always make sure your 110% sure what the problem is before you go off throwing money at it.
make a list of everything, check the ignitor, coilpack, dizzy cap/rotor, plugs, wires, grounds, compresion, timing, fuel
