are you sure your harness is plugged into the correct sensors? there are 3 sensors who's plugs on the harness can be interchanged very easily, map, tps, knock. i know knock is 1 wire but the harness plug can still plug into it. make sure map is in map, tps is in tps, and so forth.

 

knock sensor is a totally different type of plug from the MAP and TPS. and im certain lol
