i used the search function but nothing came up that was related to my topic or wasnt fully answered. i have a problem but this happend to me after i swapped my car to 5-speed. now the highest it gets is about 1/3 of the way up on the temperature gauge when im city driving or in stop and go traffic on regular days. but when im on the freeway it gets really cold around 1 or 2 bars up, sometimes on really cold nights its even on the very lowest bar. the farthest ive seen it go up was 1/2 way. should i be concerned about this? is this normal? is my thermostat bad? i check the part #'s on hondaautomotiveparts.com and the #'s shoed up the same for the automatic platform as well as the 5-speed... hopefully i can get some help with this.

 

replace your thermostat. I had the same problem.
