Default car sputters on accelaration

when I first got my civic runnin it ran great, I drove it for like
a month and and babied it the whole time. Till one day I was buzzin
after like four beers that I slammed at a buddies house after work.
when i was leavin I floored the car down his long *** dirt road
driveway and came to a skidding stop. Since then every time
I go from a stop it missess till like three grand and then it goes
clean.I was thinking the pickup screen for the fuel pump could
have picked something up that was in the tank. The car sat like
four years before I bought it off this guy at a junk yard, I never
cleaned the fuel tank out, just filled up and drove. Or it could
be the fuel pressure reg. I do know that the car runs lean cause my
air and fuel gauge will go all the way red and then dissapeer from
the gauge and when it stops it goes to ideal. If anyone has had the
same problem or have any ideas of what it can be ill be very happy
to hear your ideas.

Don't drink and drive.

Check your cap, rotor, and replace your fuel filter.

gotta new fuel filter. I have also checked the cap and rotor and it looked fine. I even cleaned the points on the cap with some sand paper. Still that anoying *** sputter. If ya got any other ideas that would be great. Also put another set of fuel injectors. ran some fuel injector cleaner like every oil change. Put bosch 2's in, and also checked the timing five different times.

thanks

hahahaha!!!! ,i put the number 1 piston at tdc and the cam shaft is straight up.
If your asking me where the marks are from the plastic cover I dont know cause I pulled it off when i first got the car. I ve never had any problems doin the timing before. Have any other suggestions? The car was runnin fine until i floored it for the fist time. So that tells me its not timing. And if it was why would it stop missing at three grand. also I munipulate the gas pettle so that it runs fine, if I just give it a tiny tiny little bit of gas it will run fine. I build up the gas pressure by pumping the gas. ya know what I mean. Also when I floor it stumbles, and when the rpm's are up around five grand and up. I've owned five hondas and worked at the honda dealer in austin for a couple of years. I've learned how to work on hondas from some really good mechanics. all i did there was brakes, oil changes, timing belts, cv axels, and minor repairs here and there.
