Default 1990 Honda Civic - Problems after fuel pump replacement

I'm in a huge pickle.
I was driving to a different city and my fuel pump went out.
I got it fixed and came back a week later to get my car from the city, "fixed".
I hop in it and it went okay low speeds and slow on the pedal but once I pushed the gas down to reach 110km I could feel small jolts in the car, as if it was constantly losing some sort of pressure for a millisecond at a time the whole time.
The car takes a long time to warm up as well and the temperature gauge goes from normal, all the way to the bottom and back up randomly and rarely pumps out really hot air since the fuel pump exchange.
When I warm the car up for 5 Min's and start driving I have to be very easy on acceleration or else the car loses almost half it's power and hesitates to drive and feels like it's not getting enough juice from somewhere. Sometimes when I have to accelerate fast the car kind of bogs and hesitates very badly.
The engine light came on twice and I check codes..first time 15 + 16
Second time 15,16,17, 1
The car worked awesome before the fuel pump change and I really need help!
It is summer as well, so no need to warm up for awhile
