Car not starting!!

My friend has a '87 325 BMW. And it's about 0 degrees F here. His car isn't starting, it's turning over but not starting... any ideas as to what might be the problem? Thanks

Check fuel, spark, timing, and a bmw forum if at all possible!

dose he have coolant in the rad or is it waterd down??
If ther is too much water and it frezzes no water press = no start
