Default Car Not Starting

Does a car need coolant to start? Reason I ask was, when we replace the radiator, and started the car, it started. Tried the second time, and it wouldnt start. Put more coolant in, and it started? Was this fluke or a sign of problems that might appear soon. Maybe Im just paranoid. Oh yeah, just recently changed distributors also. Thanks.

yea it shouldnt matter, engine only gets the coolant if it gets to hot...and i dont think your engine is 170+ degrees when you start it

What could be the problem, if the car turns over, but not starts sometimes?
