Default car noobie help

i just got into cars and i was wondering what a good starter car would be as far as hondas go.. im not a wannabee streetracer or some punk kid that just has a body kit with a million lights on it and a stock 4 cylinder engine.. i am serious about putting together a nice show civic i am on a budget and i dont want to spend more than 4 grand on just the car.. so im lookin at ne hondas from 90-95.. thanks for your time o

you can get most 90-95 civics for under 4k. I just bought a clean 95 ex for 4200 and most are cheaper.

there is no such thing as a budget if you want to do a show car. Plan to spend more then your expecting..
