Default Car lost responsiveness...

My car felt very torquey after dyno tuning so I took it to the tracks and ran it. I unbolted the header right after cat and ran open header(don't know if this could be a factor). Then bolted it back up after the night. Now my car feels funny when I give it gas but idle is normal. It feels as if the rpm goes down before it accelerates up; it's also throwing a new code for my #1 cylinder position or something, it's a code 9. I have an OBD2->OBD1 w/ a mugen spec p28 btw. What could be wrong?

I think my belt is cool cuz I didn't mess with it when I ran my car; but I'll check. Anything else?

Just found out the problem. I popped open my distributor cap to see if I can see anything wrong with the CYP, but found out why my car was misfiring and throwing them codes: the stupid crew that holds the rotor in place backed out AGAIN. The last time it shot a hole through my dist. cap. I'm gonna put some damn loctite on this biatch this time.

well I thought I had it, but replacing that rotor and loctite a new screw and still didn't work. Check Engine Light Code 9 still
