while going out for a cruise at the light my car died... i thought that i killed it so i clutched in and cranked it ... it cranks but nothing... all the acc lights work. but i'm clueless on what it could be.. i'm hearing it could bea fuel pump or ignition.. i'd like some feed back please

Kinda hard to say, as it could be a bunch of different things. Maybe your ignitor or coil went out, or perhaps your fuel pump gave up. As soon as you get it back to a garage, check for spark and fuel and troubleshoot from there. Hopefully it isn't anything too serious.

 

fuel pump is still good.... when i put the key to ON - i can hear the fuel pump click and hiss for a sec or two.... gonna check the spark tomorrow.... hopefully get my baby back on the road again... feel like a legless chimp now since i'm carless lol... thanks for the reply

Sounds like an ignitor problem. Replace the coil first, if it still doesn't start up its probably ignitor.
