Default Car bogs when vtec engages

The car was running perfectly fine before i had to drop the tranny to change the clutch and oil. After a few days, it started bogging out when vtec engaged. I tried different P28s and different chips in each one. Some with the jun chip, then spoon chip then skunk2 chip. i tried everything from vtec at 5000 to 5900. i checked the fuel pressure at set it at 45. the motor is LS VTEC with GSR head. It has CTR pistons but the head is stock with stock cam gears and cams. It has a skunk2 I/M. The injectors are 310ccs. Everything was running perfectly fine until after the oil change. i checked the o2 sensors and everything but there are no CEL. i tried a different Vtec Solinoid and even cleaned out the one i had fully but it still bogs out.

Since you took down the tranny, I would look at the grounding wire on top of the tyranny to see if the contact is good. Make sure the area around the ground wire is clean.
