one other thing to check is your TPS sensor. I had that same problem and it wasn't even throwing a code all the time.
I could see from my S-AFC that the throttle position was jumping all around. Sometimes when i would push on the gas, the S-AFC would show the throttle reading at 0 and then all of a sudden jump to like 40, thus the jerking car. and bogging.

So what your trying to say is that everything DOESN'T run fine if your having this problem.

But i would suggest looking at your tps sensor too and make sure its calibrated. I had the same problem with the car bogging a jerking really hard, and it turned out to be the tps sensor.
Good luck!!

THurr you go. I think that's more likely.
But before you actually go buying iridiums or something, pull your wires and plugs and check them for damange/corrosion/dirt/deposits, blaH. "Reading" your plugs gives you a good indication of whats going on in the motor.
