Default car bogging under heavy throttle

once again, im having more problems with my swap. It's a 95 GSR motor in a crx. When im driving at around 2k rpms and put about half throttle to it, I feel the motor bog a little. When I leave it in neutral and rev it up a little, it will do the same thing. It doesnt do it all the time tho, only sometimes. Whats wrong here???

FYI, running OBD1 electronics, and throwing codes for O2, Vtec solenoid, and Knock sensor. One more thing, when my cam gears are lined up at TDC, the TDC mark on the crank pulley is about 3-4 centimeters off.

Cam timing is 3 to 4 centimeters off at the pulley?? That could be it right there. Fix that first & let us know if it changed.

Check the valve timing in reference to the crank mark. I helped a few buddies change a timing belt on an LS and the timing marks on the cam pulleys lined up perfectly but it ran like crap.

TPS... yeah, I was about to say that

AHA! Use the mark on the crankshaft or the timing belt sprocket (not the pulley). If that doesn't line up with the mark on the pulley, that would mean that the rubber vibration-damping part of your crank pulley has slipped.

Its safer to use the mark on the crank or the timing belt sprocket, so you don't get your cams 45 degrees off & bend your valves.

I was wondering how the engine would even run if the cam timing was off by 3 or 4 cm!
