Default car bogging out

when I am drivn and I give it some throttle it boggs down like it is being choked. but when it is idleing it runs fine. I just replaced the fuel pump and the fuel filter what might be the problem? could it be the fuel pressure regulator?

get an air/fuel gauge first of all. under normal circumstances, bogging down when you stomp on it is caused by too much fuel flooding in. check your spark plugs to look for lots of carbon build up or black smoke from your exhaust. those are signs of running to rich. whats your fuel pressure set at? and what are all your mods?
