fuel problem helpppppppp!

Icon3 fuel problem helpppppppp!

My d16y8 wont start for more then 3 seconds before the motor gets flooded and I pull the plugs after I bump it a there fuel fouled every time what causes this dosent make any sence to me can anyone tell me what might be going on?

check your fuel pressure regulator... ive had my y8 do that... not too that extent, i also chenged my filter. make sure your motors gettin air and all your vaccume lines are hooked up right...
id check how good your spark is while your at it

Check the fuel filter and fuel pump relay.

Oka can find any vacume leaks i did the old school screw driver in spark plug wire trick its got good spark and ya ive fuel fouled three sets of plugs checked my fuel pressure regulator cause i have a gauge on it and it says 45pounds. Relay is good
But its still flooding

try to check if your getting fuel past your regulator (returning to your fuel tank) it could be clogged and not letting fuel back, therfore sending too much into your motor.. floding it

Its a 1997 honda civic ex with a d16y8 motor with crower tick valves delta cam with 290duration eagle rods pistons and crank new distributar new turbo tial bov wastgast. Its got a p28chipped ecu with hondata s300 manegment system 4inch down pipe wallbro255 fuel pump boost gauge aem air/fuel gauge a oil pressure gauges. aem truetune cam gear. the wireing is obd1

have you contacted your tuner yet? this would be the 1st place id start. he might have an idea. maybe the cold idle fuel tables are turned off?

He can do some quick data logging to see whats going on.

The more important question is has it been properly tuned? Is this a new set up, or something you've had for a while and has been tuned?

Its brandnew build up the car was running good before the headgasket blew then I had the hole motor checked then new gasket put in and everything torqued and put into its right place. The car has not had a tune yet cause we cant get it to run..
