Default Which car?

Hey everyone, I'm going to sell my older beater car and spend a little more and get another car. What Honda should I get, for looks and future performance? Civic (coupe/hatch), Del-Sol, Integra, Prelude? I'm leaning towards a Del-Sol because I love being able to take the top off.

I drove my friends b16 del sol not too long ago. Kinda heavy for it's size but it felt pretty much as fast as my integra gsr when I had it pretty much stock. I love the seats and dash in the del sol too. They also come with a flip cover for the radio/cd player. Why didnt honda make that feature in their other cars so people cant tell if you have a audio system?!

It all depends what you are planning on doing... Is this gonna be drag, street, or show??? Maybe a little bit of the three... If it were that I would use the Teg or hatch... Tegs just have that feel that you like to have, good handling etc. Yea they weigh a little bit more but they still work for drag just fine... Probably the most popular would be the EH (92-95 hatch) chassis... The lightest of the bunch making it best suitable for drag, works fine for on road, and you still see people put body kits on them I'm all drag so of course that's what I would go with, but if you have lots and lots of money to build a daily driven ~700whp turbo motor then I would take the Teg... That's good enough for mid 10's once you get your traction/suspension setup good... I never would get a Del Sol only because I'm not totally into the look but really it's just the weight... Being really small they are extremely reinforced which brings the weight up to around that of an Integra... It's hard to believe but yea, they're not going to be as fast as a hatch if you wanna use it for drag... Good Luck and don't listen to me too much, we all just have our own opinions... Peace

Lol, thanks for the great info everyone. I'm leaning more towards the Integra GSR, but I don't know if I can get one for 5,500 or less with a GSR motor and milage around 150k or less. Probably end up settling on a hatch. But I'm not seeing too many of those selling either with a SI motor or higher.
