Default can you get by without the condensor fan while using the ac

just wondering if its really important to use or not?

Yes and no. The job of the condensor fan is to pull more air through the condensor/radiator while the car is stationary. If you run your A/C without a condensor fan, then the pressure switch will likely kill the compressor when the car is not moving. This can't be particularly good for the compressor. On the other hand, when the car is moving at, say, 15-20MPH or more, neither the radiator fan nor the condensor fan is needed. So if you are going to run your A/C without a condensor fan, you must be careful not to run the A/C unless the vehicle is moving.
