could someone tell me which fan is the ac and which is the cooling fan because in my crx it was on the passenger side and in the integra the driverside came on while car was idling ac was removed by the previous owner and never removed ac fan thanks

drivers side fan should be your ac, passenger side cooling fan

do think the ac fan comes on because the ac was disconnected

i have never seen fan on passenger side come on since i had it no overheating but it gets really hot under the hood

could mean your thermostat isnt opening, turn your car on and let it sit for a while meanwhile watching for the fans to kick in. you can squeeze the lower radiator hose going into the thermostat housing and feel if its getting warm. if it is your thermostat is opening then your fans should come on. if they dont could mean your thermo sensor is bad. i dont think if the previous owner removed the ac it should have anything to do with the wiring of the cooling fan.
