b18c5 only for the higer revs better r/s ratio and better handling in your car. If this not a daily driver h22a all the way.

If you plan on just going straight with the car, H22 all the way. If you plan on turning, B18C5.

If money is not an issue why arent you driving an nsx or s2000? instead of 97ex coupe J/k Anyways I was thinking of that too for my swap. They both have there pro's and cons's. The mighty and all torquey H22 will blow away any type r in the straight away but for daily driving purposes i would suggest the GSR! the gsr over even the Type-r?! why you ask well simply because I FEEL with the money you spend on a t-R you can put on a gsr and beat the T-R. i.e. better cams pistons and rods and no i aint talking bout jun or toda too expensive rather skunk or crower i feel still make more power than T-R. Anyways cons on the h22 they say you get understeer but i dont know for a fact but it does sit lower and you cant fit a/c at least not yet cuz i called hasport and they said they were trying to use and older ac condensor from a teggy or accord. but you sounded like you just cared about your et with your goal of 12sec so go ahead get MR h22a and be happy = anyways just my opinion! dont get
