can map sensor cause misfire?
I have 7 codes on my CEL. Four of them are misfires in every cylinder, another one is my map sensor (code 3) and the other two i cant make out i think its 41 and 23 but not too sure. The car runs fine expect at idle, pulls strong though when driving. Also, doesnt happen all the time but when i put in clutch to turn or stop at a stoplight my car will just stall. I think my Vafc maybe the cause of the map sensor but i want to know if my code 3 map sensor is causing the misfire in the cylinders. Please help

YES...if your MAP sensor isn't hooked up correctly or not connected at all to the wire harness, the car will run like its on carbs, popping & backfiring and your gas mileage will be total ****.
From the sound of your problems, it looks like you might have misconnected a few sensors. Check to see if you mixed up the MAP with the TPS sensor, as they share the same style of plug, cuz code 7 = TPS & code 3 = MAP, which leads me to believe you've mixed up those 2 plugs, which is common (for newbs) when doing an engine swap, although you didn't mention if this was a new engine install or not.
code 41 = heated 02 (you have your 02 connected?)
code 23 = Knock sensor (have you wired this in yet?)
