Default CAN anyone help??

okay ive explained this problem one too many times already. my 2000 Si is throwing up code 14 and its the Idle Air Control Valve or watevers
I tried cleanign it out...im positive it works because all the volts and stuff are already there when i tested it. theres a click when i pull out the plug with my motor off but in the ON position for the key. It still goes on once in awhile though...im thinking it could be a different IAC valve because on the valve it says 97 on it. maybe its different i dunno. can anyone tell me what else to do?? please??

If you unplug the IAC valve while the car is idling, it should dye almost immediately. If I doesn't, then the IAC is stuck in one position, whether its getting volts or not. then rev the motor up and let it come back and it should die. if it doesnt die, then your IAC probably is stuck , and needs replacment
