i'm installing some itr cams in b18c1 and i was wondering if you guys reuse the cam seals?? i was also wondering if the seal on the passenger side of the exhaust cam normally gets changed. what is that seal called???????

Cam plug I think or grommet Honda loves using that word. Yeah you can reuse them, but they are so cheap that you might as well replace them.

 

Why would you reuse a $5 seal? If it leaks it is gonna be a real pain in the ***. As for the cam plug, get the P72 plug, seals much better.

 

I replaced my cam seals but reused the plug. On the plug just clean it and the surface use some honda bond.
