Default cam gears

Whats the best setting for a b16 with full exhaust, intake. Any replies will help.

0,0 If you really worried about it, get it dynoed, but i wouldn't be worried about fine tuning it with h/i/e

Might be able to extract a pony after an hour on the dyno. If it's stock like that it's really nothing more than a showpiece. Leave it at 0/0. Then if it's not a good brand of cam gear you'll probably lose power becuase they are rarely at 0/0 when set at 0/0.
