Default Cable Ls case with cable B16 internals?

I found a good deal on a cable b16 transmission, but the case is messed up. I have a spare ls transmission sitting around, Can I put the b16 internals in the Ls case? Is there anything I need to change?

And the answer is.... it depends. What year integra is the LS tranny from and what type/year is the b16 tranny?

92-93 trannies are YS1. This includes the usdm LS, the usdm b17 gsr, and the jdm b16 from Integra xsi's. You can swap parts around between these, you can even put hydro internals in them.

91 and earlier trannies are Y1, S1, J1, and I think A1. You can not put parts from these into the YS1 trannies. There may be differences between these I'm not 100% sure. I'm almost positive S1 and J1 internals are interchangeable, but I don't know about the rest.

More specifics are probably best found in the transmission forum.
