what up people! ok, now what im trying to do is make 1 good transmission out of 2 trannys. ive got a cable ls case and cable y1 b16 gears out of a trans with a cracked case. are the b16 gears a direct drop in to the ls case, seeing they are both cable actuated?
if not, what do i need to order? im also thinking of throwing an ls 5th onto the b16 1-4 on the b16 main and countershafts to help out a lil with highway driving. whats the word with it?

Yes you can. I did it with mine. It won't work if the ls tranny is a 92-93 tranny though because the splines for the clutch on the mainshaft are different
like stated, if the cable ls trans is from a 92-93 integra, then NO the b16 gearset will not work, but if the cable ls trans is from a 90-91 integra then YES it will work. The 90-91 integra trans and the jdm b16 trannys have the same small spline input shaft. The 92-93 integra gearsets have the same big spline input shaft as all other b series hydraulic trannys. If you look at both your trannys and see the same spline input shaft then you should be good to go.
