i was just wondering if it does any damage to the a/c if you take off the belt? my dad keeps telling me i'll f*ck it up if i don't put the belt back on.... is he just feeding me a line of kife or what?

your dad is full of it. just don't turn on ur a/c because the compressor is not spinning.
if you don't have a belt on, you might as well take off the compressor because that lil booger is ****** heavy!
