(see section 22-3 to 22-6 ) for best pics of complete setup in helms.. i will make us a detailed write up for our FAQ upon installing my system. thanks.

I know of no good write ups on DIY A/C "reinstall", but if you have all the parts, [condensor, compressor, filter/dryer, hose assemblies, hoses/piping and switches, it should be straight forward, it will all only fit together one way, you will have to put proper amount of refrigerant oil, [Ester oil] into the system, I would replace the filter/dryer and all "O" rings.

I will assume it is a 93LS and I will check if it is the same compressor, unlikely as yous is an R12 system, you can retrofit your R12 system to the R134a system by replacing the filter/dryer cycling switch and adding the R134a service ports and charging the system with R134a.
If the compressors are the same, [93 - 98] you can switch the compressor and use the original lines, even if it is a diff. compressor but it has the same manifold and pulley then you will be able to swap to the compressor but still use your old lines.
I will have to check that at the shop tomorrow.94

OIC, a 94, re; "sure is bro." to my, "What year is the Teg? 94"
94 is the way I end all my posts.
Not sure, but it is unlikely that the stock 94LS compressor, [and mounting brackets] are the same as the b20z2, although MM&Y of car will determine compressor used, engine model/size is also a determining factor, you will need the compressor from a b20z2, [most likely]
The 94LS, [and the 00b20z2] both use R134a systems.
What was the MM&Y of car the b20z2 came out of? 94

OK, so far I have found all Integras use the same compressor, the 92 also had a "type 2" compressor, it is not specified what the diff. is.
I can not find a Honda or other Acura that uses the same compressor. 94

still kinda stumped as far as how to add the oil. it appears that its installed the same as the r134. is this correct? so does the 24 oz from the r134 and the 5oz from the oil mean my system can only hold 29oz's worth of the mixture?
the answer to my own question is NO its not. LS compressor is not the same as b20.
in order to use the LS compressor i had to have the LS bracket. it bolted up to the b20 block.
now on the other hand if you owned a civic and just swapped an LS in, you would need the b20 bracket. the civics and cr-v's use the same compressor.

Yes a total of 29oz, we would put 2oz in the filter/dryer and the other 3oz in the compressor, but because everything is already in you can have the shop that does the recharge inject the 5oz of oil while recharging, or you can disconnect the suction line to the compressor and pour it down the suction line into the compressor, compressor needs to be turned 10-20 times, [clockwise] once oil is put in.
A good idea is also to put in 2oz of C4 oil into the compressor, we do with any used or re-man compressors. 94

I have a very bigg similar problem..I got a 91 integra with a b20b motor, which has a compressor on there which is frozen according to the ac technician( he says the clutch is stuck or wont turn so I need new one)..What other car should I get it from? Are all B Series compressor the same? Should I just get a remanufactured compressor? If I buy use how can I check if its good or test? Any info guys?
