Bushings.......
I was wondering what are the best bushings i could get for my 93 civic coupe...
I am planning on replace my lower rear and front control arms bushings because some of them are torn........which company would you recommend and is there any special tool need to get the bushings out.

I have prothanes in my crx some of the bushings are easy to get out, mostly ... if you have access to a hydraulic press it mkaes it real easy. rear trailing arm bushings are the worst!! warn you know, you might have to use a torch to burn them out
prothane are awesome but they are more expensive than the energy suspension. i have the es, and we just put a set of the prothanes on my buddies crx. I personally like the prothanes. and actually the bushings will vary on which one is the pain in the ***. all of ours came out easy on his car except the front lc's and mine was the rear lc's. id suggest buying the whole kit. but if u cant afford it buy the front and rear lc's and the rear trailing arms and the upper control arm for the front and dont forget about shifter bushings
run the energy suspension kit..........i have the kit installed in my teg and i must say it feels awesome..........get the black ones though for the fact they are impregnated with teflon. The colored bushings will squeak........
