Default Burning oil?

I only burn oil above 7.5K RPM. I can see it pouring out the exhaust almost to the point where I can't see the car behind me. I know my PVC is bad because I have oil in my intake manifold but I have had 2 mechanics tell me 2 different things. One said rings, one said valve seals. Any opinions?

Compression and leak down are fine. 275 across the board and leak down is no more the 10% on each cylinder.

if your leakdown was fine(were was air gushing through?), then it could just be your pcv

replace seals and see what happens..........those are a lot easier than replaces rings......but it sounds like you have killer compression.
