spring rates for Ground control coilovers

does anybody know the front and rear spring rates on the GC coilovers for the 94- and up integra and the civic

You mean what are the stock rates? GC will custom make you whatever springs rates you want.

I don't know for sure, but I can take a guess, 250f/180r?
