no not na
the best and easiest way would be slap a greddy kit on there. that should get you to about 200 hp. 2200~$.
but i dont like the greddy kit. dosent make enough power for me. but if you only want 200 hp. it will work fine.

Resleeve it, stroke it, throw some Endyn Rollerwaves in it with some rods, port the head, upgrade the valvetrain, get some JUN or Toda cams, and tune it. Or spend $4500 on a custom turbo kit like my friend. He has a 99 Si with a custom turbo kit, running stock internals and has tuned the hell out of it. His best is 12.2 @ 114 full interior daily driven. Not quite sure on his HP but i'm sure it's up there.

i'm looking into my options and i only have 1100 right now towards my project, plus the engine. i just want to make sure i do everything correctly the first time. a toda stroker kit costs 2400 and with headwork i know the whp would be around 195 or so. however, i'd be spending almost 3500 total to put this engine together and i already have the b16a3. anyway, are there cheaper ways to do this or is spending 3500 the way to go, all things considered.

GSR/ITR short block, high compression pistons, mild headwork on the B16a3 head, ITR intake manifold, CTR or better cams, GOOD Intake<AEM>/Header<JDM 4-1>/Exhaust<Apex'i, Tanabe, etc> and some good tuning, and you're looking at 200 at the wheels.

toda stroker kit=lots of money for stock parts.
this is toda stroker kit
gsr crank
b16a rods
and custom size pistons.
get a b20/b18c/a/b block its cheaper and you can build the block to whatever you want.
