Broken exhaust mani stud
That looks easy to get out. My first choice would be vise grips. Go bigger and tighter if you've tried it before and it didnt work. Next I would buy a M8x1.5 die and clean up those threads so you could get two nuts on em. Be thankful it didnt break off inside the head.

pull the head and do it right. In all the time you spend monkeying around with it in that cramped space you could have taken the head off, got the stud out, and put the head back on.
