I am guessing that the crank pulley is now stuck on the motor? You might have to have somebody weld a nut on the end of it to get it out, or use some kind of bolt extractor. I wouldnt try drilling it out because then you run the risk of ******* up your crank. Good luck

no the crank pulley came off because there is no bolt to hold it on. it broke off inside the motor.

im worried about breaking mine off cause its being a bitch to break loose. it probably was never off before and i heard heating it can cause **** to go wrong and damage the bearings and warp the crank pully. is this true?

heat will wreck the seals, but your bearings should be ok if you don't really cook it...
