Default Brembo OE rotors...Rusting!

Well, I installed them last week, and there is rust all around the rim ond over the hub. There isn't any around the pad contact surface, but it may have been scraped off. How the hell can they be rusting this fast!!??

Have others had similar experience. The rust doesn't seem normal though. It almost looks like someone splashed red paint all over them, as there are runs that look like a liquid. I remember I sprayed them with a lot of Brake Kleen and just left it, but that shouldn't cause rusting.

Someone please help.

All brake rotors rust, especially if you look at them after having driven in the rain. This is completely normal.

They're just cast iron (I think).
They're going to rust, especially if water touches them. It will happen in a couple minutes in the rain.
