brake problem, pedal drops to floor
i figured "misc." mean this was the correct tech forum.
basically all the brakes are bled, but the pedal drops, no fluid loss.
If I plug both ports on the MC, then it is solid. If I plug just one it drops again (but slower). Doesnt matter which I plug. Also one rear brake has locked up, but idk if that is related or not.
I'm thinking proportioning valve. Opinions?
It is on MC #3, has new brake calipers & replaced any soft lines that were at all cracked.

Well you definately have an air leak, or air bubble within the lines somwhere.
Just check if the calipers have the nipple bleeders at the top... I installed my back calipers upside down and it cost me a week, 3 bottles of RBF600, and a lot of swearing to figure it out. Now I have brakes.
Also check if you used all the copper washers in between and line and the brake bolt AND between the brake line and the caliper.
Check the stupid stuff before you start spending money.

i *think* it is all correct. I will double check.
my brother installed everything because he wanted to drive it and i dont want to work on honda's after work (as a tech at a Honda dealership).

haha, calipers were flipped.
dont know if it works now, i ran out of brake fluid.
On the plus side, it had 2 quarts run through it, so i know the system is very clean now
