Brake Problem
Well, I'm having some serious braking problems. I've done quite a few brake jobs and never really had this problem before. Anyways, I changed all my pads, rear calipers, turned my rotors also flushed out my brake fluid. When I brake the pedal basically goes all the way to the floor. There is no way I'd be able to make an emergency stop. When bleeding, I accidentally forgot to check the MC level, and let it get a little low. I'm not sure if I let any air in, but just incase I've bled a total of one liter of brake fluid. There's no air coming out of the lines when bleeding, so I have no idea what the problem can be. I'm thinking I'm going to have to bleed the system first at the MC. What do you think? Car is a 90 Integra.

how did you bleed the brakes?
theres a certain sequence to bleed them from.
if your certain you bled them properly then it sounds like you have a problem with your master.
bench bleed it and check.

Alright. Well I'm almost sure I messed up my master cylinder. I did the bleeding in sequence according to the Helms manual. Were I think I ran into the problem is, when I bled the system I let the brake pedal hit the ground a couple of times. That combined with the low fluid could have sucked in some dirt(Sitting in the bottom of the MC) in my MC. I have a ITR master cylinder sitting in my basement. Gonna try putting that on with a nice bench bleed. Hopefully it will solve my problem. Thanks guys for your input/help, I'll keep you updated.
Bump, still have the same problem. Master cylinder has also been replaced and bench bled, as well as all four corners in sequence were bench bled. Could the pedal hitting the floor somehow have messed up my proportioning valve?
