Default brake feel

hey i have had my brakes replaced on my car a while ago. well i just flushed and bled my brakes at a shop. but the problem is the brake pedal is kinda soft. you have to push it in like three quaters to make it stop. in my friends toyota camry you barely push and it stops. master cylinder have been replaced already. the car is an acura vigor. what could be the problem. or do i need to get it re flushed.
oh and they didn't use honda brake fluid. does it matter
