Bore size ? Need Help
What is the Bore size in meters for a 2.0liter?
II need a new headgasket i think that i blow the headgasket up. I keep having to redrain the radiator fliud and just today the temp was at the H . The radiator fliud is overflowing the overflow tank.

2.0L what? If it's a B20B/Z its 84mm, but I see you have an LS/VTEC. It depends on how you got there. Bore it out larger then 81mm? or did you stroke it? Then it would only be 81mm. Which is it?
I don't know I had jg do the work and I know that they bore out the cylinder . I have used a ls headgasket , which was cut out to 2.0liter. After that I switched to the crv headgasket which fit percfectly so i wanted to know the bore size in mm.
was this a bore out or a resleeve? I had a motor done by them and it ran for about 2k miles. Then started going through headgaskets.
I have used the CRV gasket and it worked for a short time.
Was your problem oil/coolant mixing? My thoughts/advice to you is to change the gasket once just to make sure it wasn't just a fluke blowout. When you do change it... pull most of the timing out.. (ie. set timing for like 13 or 14 degrees.) And see what happens.
Reason... I think that the resleeve job on my motor sucked and the sleeves are leaking at the base. I've gone through 5 head gaskets and still no change. All 5 gaskets seal the cylinders, but oil/coolant still mixes. Every time it blew I checked something else. I figured that since it was "professionally" built, it was not the block. The motor is coming out as I type. It will be then checked for leaking. I live near chicago and its getting too cold to be constanly working on my only car in the winter. So now I am having the motor pulled and my near stock short block re-installed and I have all winter to figure out the bugs.
Just don't keep putting headgaskets on like I did. It is something much more involved. Try one and if it works...great, but if it blows, have the motor pressure tested (pressurize cooling system and see if it leaks).
No offense to you, but it's nice to know that I am not alone in this one. This way I know it's nothing that I did. I was really doubting my knowledge/ability. But hopefully my recent mishaps will help you out. I hope you get the problem resolved.
by seeing you list of mods, and the ls/vtec... are you using an LS block, LS crank/rods? or LS block with GSR internals? Sounds like LS w/ GSR internals, considering if you were using an LS, displacement would be more towards the 2.1L wouldn't it. I was just wondering because I am running the LS/GSR internals with 11:1's. 85mm resleeve.
