My 2000 civic with boosted obd1 b18 cranks and occasionally fires on a cylinder or two but doesn’t run.
I’ve replaced the distributor, main relay and the ecu, before replacing the ECU it didn’t have injector pulse or spark and after ecu it seems to get fuel now but only occasionally has spark and thats why it will only fire sometimes (if at all)?

distributor is getting 9.8V but my battery is fully charged to over 12V, not sure why this is

All the grounds seem to be good. Originally didn’t start after I took out the blower motor and srs module and airbag (it’s a racecar) any help is appreciated I’ve been fighting it for too long.

 

What tuning hardware was used in the old ecu, and did you swap it into the new ecu and upload the tune?

 

it has a known working p28 ecu in it now with a chip tune, I’ve also tried one of my old basemap chips just to check and no change,
